The American Music Festival is an international hub for NEW American music. Ideally situated between New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, and Toronto, the Festival takes place on the first weekend in June in historic Downtown Troy.

At the center of the Festival is the orchestra’s Dogs of Desire, an innovative chamber ensemble and laboratory for America’s most adventurous composers.

Experience Troy as a unique cultural destination with performances at the legendary Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, the Tiffany glass adorned St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the historic Bush Memorial Hall on the campus of Russell Sage College, and the state-of-the-art Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center.
