CONNECTING TO LIVESTREAM

+ WHERE DO I GET THE PASSWORD?

You should have received the password via email after making your contribution of $25 or more through tickets.albanysymphony.com. Please note that the password is case-sensitive.

+ How do I connect to an Apple TV using Airplay?

This requires an Apple TV which can be purchased from the Apple store or Hippo's and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Connect the Apple TV using an HDMI cable to a free HDMI input port on the TV. Make sure both Apple TV and iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. On newer iOS devices, swipe down from the top right corner and find the Airplay icon. Select the Apple TV from the list of Airplay enabled devices, navigate to the embedded video, and press play.

+ How do I screen mirror from an Android or Windows device to a Roku?

Requires a Roku device which can be purchased at Hippo's and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Connect the Roku using an HDMI cable to a free HDMI input port on the TV. Make sure both Roku and Android/Windows device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Go into Android/Windows device settings and enable screen mirroring (this varies by device). Select the Roku from the list of mirroring enabled devices, navigate to the embedded video and play.

+ How do I connect to my TV with an HDMI cable?

Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI output port on the computer to a free HDMI input port on the TV. Use the TV remote to switch the TV to the correct HDMI input, navigate to the embedded video, and press play!

+ HOW DO I EXPAND THE VIDEO TO FULLSCREEN?

Click on the expand icon in the bottom-right corner to expand the video.

+ HOW DO I ADJUST THE VOLUME?

Click on the volume icon in the bottom right of the video screen. Click to the right of the icon to increase volume, click to the left of the icon to lower the volume.
