Clarice Assad Returns
Clarice Assad is no stranger to fans of the American Music Festival, and that’s for good reason. The composer, who recently told us she is “always mesmerized by the variety of works, composers and voices being presented” at AMF, returns next month with a guitar duo that’s sure to be an audience favorite. Of course, being part of a musical family that includes the Assad Brothers (her father, Sérgio, and her uncle, Odair), being part of a great eclectic bunch of music probably comes naturally! For more on Clarice’s recent work, check out this great feature on her recent collaboration with Third Coast Percussion.
