Health and Safety Protocols for Albany Symphony Events
Updated Sept. 6, 2022
The Albany Symphony, in coordination with our host venues, no longer requires proof of vaccination for entry to Symphony concerts and events. Masks are optional but encouraged, and will be available for any patron who requests one.
Should conditions in our community change, or updated rules or guidance are issued by public health authorities, the Albany Symphony reserves the right to update this policy to comply accordingly. Please check back here for any updates. Any changes will also be communicated on event pages and to all patrons as promptly as possible.
WELLNESS PROTOCOL
Please do not come to an Albany Symphony event if you feel unwell. (This includes sickness with COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, a sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea, or vomiting.) Contact the Box Office at (518) 694-3300 to exchange your tickets for a future performance.
ON-SITE PRECAUTIONS
Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing measures remain in place at Albany Symphony venues for your safety. Touchless ticketing has been implemented to avoid unnecessary close contact on arrival. Socially distanced seating, pending availability, is available at most Albany Symphony performances. Contact the Box Office at (518) 694-3300 to inquire.
